This new company was formed after the division of the Onassis assets and the restructuring of the companies to serve the needs of the Christina Onassis group, which was managed separately by OMSA and separately from the Alexander S. Onassis Foundation's companies.

Veragua Panama S.A. was formed in 1970. It was a type-C (and type-B) company mainly engaged in shipbuilding as a shareholder of Harland & Wolf Shipyards. After 1975 the company passed to the Christina Onassis Group of companies owned by ATOL and managed by OMSA. After 1999 the ownership of Christina Onassis Group of Companies passed to her daughter Athina Onassis. The management of the companies was still held, separately from the Alexander S. Onassis Foundation Companies, until 1999.
Viamonte Sociedad Maritima Panama S.A. was established in 1957. It was a type-C company mainly engaged in shipping and tourism. It was also the owner of the vessel "Olympic Storm". It was one of the companies that between 1951-1959 purchased shares of the Société des Bains de Mer and eventually took control of the company that owned Monaco’s most important businesses: the Casino, the Opera House and the famous Hôtel de Paris.
Victoria Financiera Panama S.A. was established in 1957 and it was a type-C company. In 1990 50% shares of the company belongs to A.S.O. Naviera Panama S.A. and the other 50% to Atol Compania Naviera S.A. Owned Olympic Airways, its parent company Denton Marine Panama S.A. The company was dissolved in 2006.
