Along with Lewiston Shipping Panama and Upton Marine Panama they were the co-founders of Omega Petroleum Industry S.A., a company whose aim was the management of the state refinery and the marketing of its products.
Windsor Trading Corporation was formed in 1979. It was a type-C company mainly acting as intermediate holding company in the field of the vessel owing. It owned the vessel Olympic Fame. This new company was formed after the division of the Onassis assets and the restructuring of the companies to serve the needs of the Christina Onassis group, which was managed separately by OMSA and separately from the Alexander S. Onassis Foundation's companies.
